Losing slowly first 2 weeks...

So I'm starting my 3rd week of carb cycling (classic plan) and I've only lost 1 lb. - I'm glad of that because I've been on a plateau with weight watchers for weeks - still, I'd like to see the scale move faster - anyone else experience this? Also, ashamedly, I must admit, I haven't got in much exercise. Just a little discouraged because I read of folks dropping so much first 2 weeks, some without even exercising - I have 30 lbs to lose...any input is appreciated!!
