I'm gonna go ahead and make this my day 2 coz I did do the whole thing on Sat... I have a feeling I'm gonna NEED that rest day on Sun. Lol!
This one really does feel long. It's kinda all over the place. I think that 3-2-1 structure of 30DS & RI30 works well. I love the jenga (sp??) kapoera (sp??) stuff. Wish there was more of it. Burpees? Nope. Not gonna happen, me thinks.
Other than that, it's alright - I guess. Not sure how I feel about it yet.

I still don't know how I feel about this workout too lol I'm sweating after circuit 3 (my favourite) but have to admit that I'm not getting anything out of circuit 4...must be doing it wrong! It feels more relaxing than hard core - any suggestions on feeling the burn?0

I skipped a day bc this is long and all three kids are home. I have no idea about this one. I feel like a loser!0
