I exercised today!

I'm happy for myself... Getting off my butt and exercising, whoo!

I'm not in great shape like I used to be... I get shin splints and I start to get tired around the 1/2 mile point. But I decided that I'm not exercising to go crazy and be an iron woman, but rather just to get outside, get fresh air, and lose weight.

If anyone sees this, please comment on how you're doing with your dieting and exercise. I know it's hard (I haven't lost really anything substantial yet!), but push through it! :D I know you can!
