Here is your challenge for this week (03.23.2014)
I know some of you use myfitnesspal already on a daily basis and some are just getting started. So lets have everyone get on the same page by being 100% honest with their tracking ... this includes everything that we eat, water consumption, and physical activity. When you are setting up your account be realistic of how much you are wanting to loose - don't set yourself up ... Need help? Reach out and ask .

Can we have weekly challenges or monthly challenges on a regular basis? I like this idea!
Maybe post the challenges on the support group on facebook and on here. I check the facebook group way more often than the groups on here. I log food, but I don't check the social activites on here really.
