Welcome Mommies! Here, we can discuss our goals and our progress.
I have been a constant yo-yo dieter for years. My mother is the root of my weight issues (thanks mom for the diet pills when i was 18) and is my biggest reason to stress eat. Right now, I am 219 (not my heaviest.) and my goal is 160. I am still looking for the perfect work out and know what I need to eat. What are your plans to lose weight?
