How's everyone doing?
I missed my March 19th goal by a lot. I'm only down a pound from the time we set our goals. I lost more, gained, some and so on and so forth. Doh! I hit a plateau, got sick, and got some distressing news which ended up in some emotional eating. I thought I had a handle on that, but it sneaks up from time to time. But such is life.
I've adjusted my calorie goal to account for my falling off the wagon and we'll see how it goes. I'm expecting to get back to my workout this weekend and look forward to getting things moving in the right direction again.

I have fallen off the wagon, too! I've been eating dessert and drinking beer... both add so much to my calorie intake. I need to cut back if I really want to see results.0
