Weight. 170. 165. (Had a whoosh this week)
Waist. 33.5. 33
Butt. 41. 40.5
Right thigh 26. 25
Left thigh. 26. 25.5
Body fat. 26.5% 25.5% (Using fattofit covert calc)
Maintenance calories are 2050. Eating 1650. Weigh and measure everything.
Downside - hate rest days. Want to be back in gym. Starting to walk in neighborhood
Current plan- to keep going for another 6 weeks.
Any suggestions for improving?

Congrats on making it this far! Now that you've got the bug, it'll be hard to quit!
If you hate rest days, add in some yoga or mobility work. It prepares you to go to the gym better and stronger the next day! I've been neglecting it lately and I'm definitely feeling it! And walks around the neighborhood or anywhere are good every day if you can make it! It airs out your head, allows you to relax and somewhat "smell the roses". I use it as ME time, wear earphones and just get lost in my own head. Definitely helps! So happy that we're pretty much done with the -20 weather. That,s a b*** to walk in!
Also, do you have actual goals? Could be getting to bodyweight on deadlifts within the next 6 months, or adding 10lbs on your squat in the next 3 weeks. Or dropping a size of pants in 5-6 weeks. Having goals and a deadline can be a huge motivator0 -
I agree with krok...set some goals with the weights...
Mine are in my profile but basically OHP in the triple digets...BP my bodyweight (current 160)....DL 2x BW (I have a feeling this one is a ways off....:laugh: )
Along with my "weight" goals, BF% goals and other goals like chinups etc.
My rest days I enjoy...I have started doing some HIIT but if the weather cooperates I go for a walk and waiting on summer for biking and swimming...0
