Good morning Mile by Mile marathoners!

Welcome to your second week of moving more and getting in those miles. We hope that you’re doing well and having fun walking. Remember that you can track your miles in whatever way you wish: an Excel spreadsheet, a Word document, or on an app. We are happy to see you in our Gorlok Strong group on MyFitnessPal. We’ll answer questions and post updates to keep you going. This is a great way to motivate each other.
