Can you do it???
Yeah, I know I know this is not really a daily challenge but a weekly one but I really like the concept so each day this week I am going to give you a 40 minute routine to do!
Soooooooo, for 4 days this week do a 40 minute workout routine!

    Currently I am working on a progressive Strength Training for 12 weeks. I will add the Kettlebell Challenge for Sunday which is my rest day.

    But, but, but I do more, 40 minutes 4 times a week.....it's nothing, I do 1-2 hours 6 days a week (okay so only two days do I do two hours but that's the only way I can get to the classes I like since they're after classes I don't really like, but go to so I don't go home and not go to the classes I want to take)
