Just done my first work out!

Using 45lbs (inc barbell) I just did my first 5x5 work out! I really enjoyed it but going to have to get a squatting bar as was quite difficult to do without (using fiancé's weights at home). Feel like I could lift a little more on rows, maybe more on squats, but bench press was pretty tough.

Just been looking at all the progress pics and everyone looks amazing, isn't it fantastic to realise the things our bodies are actually capable of!

So exciting to be starting lifting! :love:

    Most people feel starting at 45lbs on the squat feels light but it will add up quickly as you are squatting every session.
