Welcome all! My name is Carliee and I've got the book, have read some, got busy with work and school, and now I'm not sure where the book is. I'm not a fitness expert, just someone who thinks this looks like a great program. I need to get over the intimidation I feel when it comes from switching from machines to free weights!
Outside of fitness, I'm a reserve (aka substitute) teacher and grad student getting my teaching license (secondary communication arts & Literature...aka English + speech). I'm on track to student teach Spring of 2015. I love teaching urban middle schoolers. I never felt so born to do anything until I got into teaching.
My BA is in mass communication/photojournalism with a cross-cultural communication minor. I've worked as a news photographer, secretary, preschool asst. teacher, and in customer service. I'm in my 4th year of subbing and absolutely love it now that I mostly sub at one school and know a good number of the students.
My boyfriend got me on the healthy track when he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about a year and a half ago. We've both fallen off track, but are getting back on. He's doing better than I am. I let a frustrating course/professor get me emotionally eating and a busy schedule keep me out of the gym too much last fall.
Favorite sports activities: Volleyball, swimming, ballroom dancing, hiking, and biking.

My name is Jo and I am in law enforcement. Pre-kids I used to be in the gym lifting all the time. Post kids well I stick to at home activities. I bought the new rules of lifting and would like to buy the other ones. What did you find interesting about the book.0

I'm on my second round of Supercharged. I'm married, a part-time RN, have three young kids, and a small farm to take care of.
The first round gave me great results and I'm excited to use harder exercises this time. My plan at this point is to finish Basic Training I,II, III, IV and then possibly switch to Strong Curves or a Supercharged/Strong Curves Hybrid. It really depends upon where my BF% is.
Been lifting and losing weight for almost two years. Started with NROL4W and then did Supercharged. I've found the program to be very "complete"- I don't need extra cardio to lose fat and stay in shape. I love being able to design my own workouts. The format of the workouts is easy for me to memorize. I feel like I could continue this for the rest of my life.0 -
Hi all,
I'm a student midwife, busy Mum of 3 and currently doing my first round of supercharged. Finished NROL4W this time last year, love the lifting.
I've lost 25kg after having my 3rd child (now 6) and been maintaining for 2-3yrs now. Goals are fitness orientated, not weight orientated. Am currently eating more than I'm used to in an effort to gain more strength.
Good to see a new group, look forward to discussion.
