uhh belly fat!

I swear strong lifts have done wonders for my legs and arms...but my stupid belly wont go anywhere!! i'm sorry that is my rant of the day...i just feel so chunky!

    It'll come, don't worry! I'm like you, I carry most of my weight from my ribs to my upper thighs, and that's where I lose the last.

    Are you eating at a calorie deficit along with the lifting? If you are, just be patient, it'll happen if you're consistent :)
