Hi, I'm new in this group. I'm wondering if this is a very active sight. I've been walking for most of my adult life. Last few years have been difficult however, because of back pain. Anyway, I'm back up and walking 3.67 miles a day. I'm also watching what I eat. In October 2013 I weighed 312 lbs. I'm currently 250 lbs. I working toward 185 lbs. Hopefully, I won't stop there. However, considering the history of my adult weight. 185 lbs. has been about all I could hope for. Regardless, I'm hoping that others in this group will be willing to help me and each other on our goals. I'm halfway through my journey. By the way, because of pain and back injuries, I am currently using a walker.
