My running cadence is around 184 and I'd like to crank it up just a bit...anyone have a good cadence app I can use to get me on pace?

Thanks in advance!

Why? 184 is in the optimal range.

right, If you can make 184 you're golden. If you're looking for more speed strengthen your legs for more power. Hill sprints, fartleks, intervals etc.

Thanks...I thought so...without going into too much detail I have some unique "gait" issues especially on the left side and the physio thinks it would help to be at 190?

it's not an app, but tempo trainer pro, by finis would do the trick. I haven't used this before, but I might try it for swimming.
