Hi everyone! I'm new to the group but I'm starting Herbalife next week.

I'm a little confused about what products for optimal weight loss but don't want to pay for every item in the catalog....

Any advise will help :)

    Does your distributor offer packages? When I first started my distributor had packages available. The beginner, kick start package had a Formula One (whatever flavor you want), Protein Daily Meal (vanilla or chocolate), Herbal Tea Concentrate, Multivitamin, Total Control Vitamin & Celluloss.

    I was also given a packet of recipes. In my opinion the Vanilla Formula One or Cookies & Cream Formula One are the best along with the Vanilla Protein Daily Meal because you can make basically any recipe with them.

    Did they give you a nutrition plan to follow?

    Check with your coach. There are three packages available for weight loss, Quick Start, Advanced and Ultimate.
