Supplements

Hello ladies! I'm looking for adice for something I could take to amplify the results from my workouts. I know there are a lot of supplements out there that say that they help you lose 1 pound for every 2 you lose or whatever claim they have. Do any of these things work? Thank you!

    I would talk to your doc. Growing up there was a lady I knew who took "weight loss supplements" that killed her thyroid. A lot of supplements are not regulated for what they claim to do, or at all.
  • I'm not really looking for the ones that strictly make u lose weight, I just want to make my workout count more.
