"Dr. Schmidt says jogging can loosen the linkage between the sacrum and the hipbones, cause slipped discs, contribute to varicose veins, dislodge the uterus from its "perch," produce droopy breasts and, in men, bring on inguinal hernia. Jogging, he asserts, can even harm the heart by causing it to "tug" on its blood vessels and shake crusted material loose, inducing heart attack. Furthermore, he says, jogging can cause such architectural anomalies as "dropped" stomach, loose spleen, floating kidney and fallen arches."

My kids took care of the droopy breasts long before running did...if anything my running bras and shirts make these puppies look perkier than ever!0

Just goes to show you have knowledge changes over time. Remember that next time someone comes up with some new awesome technique or information We may find out something totally different 20 years from now like maybe we should static stretch not dynamic stretch before running. Maybe we need more water than we thing, maybe we need less. Maybe goo is bad for you.. who the heck really knows anything Just run and have fun!0
