End of March, How is everyone feeling?

Hey guys, how are you all keeping so far this year?

Honestly, I'd have to say, I've been more focused on my weight loss than my course the last few months, but fixing that.
On January 5th this year I weighed in at 225lbs, and it remained unchanged that month. I found that very hard to deal with.
At end of February, I'd lost 5lbs, and at end of this month, I'd lost another 6lbs. I feel it was due to both the weight training and being off Chocolate for Lent.

I would love to lose more in a month, but keep thinking, it's a good thing I'm losing a little rather than gaining. I am probably gaining a bit of muscle, which is definitely a good thing, but I am also losing weight really slowly, fitting into pretty dresses better, and being good to myself, even if life is being very very tough to me atm.

I'm all for the pretty dresses, but money is an issue these days too, so being very careful. At least I'm eating, and I have a roof over my head, and have a gym membership. Those are all good things. <3
