    HIT my first goal - 20 lbs = 145 lbs with 6.5 inches off mid-section.
    Start BETA week 4 on Monday.

    chest - 37 - same
    waist - 33
    hips - 41
    arms 11
    thigh - 20
    weight - 167

    this week my weight is the same - but since the last time I measured, I am down 2.5 inches!!! I have the start comparison, so will post that later.
  • Finished up Alpha. Start Beta on Wednesday.
    Waist- lost 2 inches
    Hips- lost 2 inches
    Chest- lost 2 inches

    Havent been doing weight though so I'm not really sure where I stand with that. Hoping to see as good results with Beta.

    Week 1 of T25 is complete!
    I lost 1.4 lbs and the following inches:
    Hips= -0.5
    Waist= -2
    Chest= -0.5
    Arms= -0.5
    Thighs= -1
    I am so proud of myself for toughing it out and sticking with it! Looking forward to week 2!
