What would you like to accomplish in April?

Do you have any certain milestones you want to hit?

Do you have a certain weight you would like to get to or under by May 1st?

What about any fitness goals?

    I want to start May 1st at 246 and continue to keep my blood sugar steady. if the weather warms up and the snow melts away - I would like to start walking again and try to get up to 15- 20 minutes daily. That should be good to work on for April.

    I want a number in the 140's! I started C25k again, one week in. I want to keep that up 3 days a week through April & hit 10,000 steps with my Fitbit 3 days a week as well.

    Targets for April.

    1. Log every day, a habit I've got out of.
    2. Only 1 bad/cheat day a week.
    3. Get exercising again, wasn't allowed to for medical reasons but now been given the green light. At least twice a week.
    4. Try and get back under 85 kg and preferably hit 84 kg.
