Toddler Breastfeeding

How do you know how many calories to add for nursing? My LO is one, but she feeds at least 2x at night and then on demand during the day (at LEAST another 3-4 times). She eats maybe 1-2 meals of solids at the moment. I've been doing 500, but not sure if that's the right amount?
Thanks!
Thanks!

My 10-month-old nurses 5x/day (6 if he wakes up overnight, which is rare), and I was adding the breastfeeding entry for -400 calories to my breakfast. (Now I'm just adding the extra calories in to my goal regardless and not making a separate negative-calorie entry. One less thing to do...)
I'd say 400 is probably fair. You just need to make sure you're eating enough, which is at least 1800 calories/day per kellymom.com. I found that when I went significantly below that, my supply suffered. (Not drinking enough water had that effect, too.)

Some of the ladies there are breastfeeding toddlers, so it's not all mamas of infants. We're nice and non-judgey
