    I am doing 3 days of lifting /cardio classes and 2 days of spin.

    On the two days that I work doubles, I just run for 30 minutes in the morning. The other five days of the week I do 30 minutes of running, 30 minutes of swimming laps, and the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels.
