I am looking for WOMEN ONLY friends to join with me on MFP that live in Western Washington State. No, I am not a stalker. LOL. I am looking for encouragement and to give encouragement. I am stuck at a plateau. My goal is to lose about 125 pounds. I am at 93 right now, but I am stuck. I don't get any encouragement from family whatsoever, so am looking for messaging, friendships, and possibly down the road if we got to know each other very, very well, maybe eventually meeting. If you might be interested in adding me as a friend, I would love that. PLEASE, do not add me if you aren't serious. I have had people add me and then disappear.

    Hello, I am currently living in Portland, but I went to WWU and visit Seattle and Bellingham often. My goal is to lose 12-15 lbs. I am stuck right now too...maybe because I'm lifting and muscle weighs more than fat...Anyway I am here for encouragement/advice if you or anyone wants to add me feel free!
