Ok so after eating better since posting the 20lb challenge towards the end of last week I have lost 2.5lbs. I am very pleased. I also went to TGI Fridays for Mothers Day so this is brilliant.
This coming week will be my first full week of really taking this challenge seriously and I intend to do well!!!
2.5lbs lost- 17.5lbs to go. Woo hoo!

My weigh in is around the 20th of each month.
March 20th 159 lbs-72 kgs

I'd better workout hard this week as the next weigh in is approaching fast.
I am also cutting out the glass of bubbly for 21 days and see how that goes.

Turning 40 in June! I would like to hit 145 for my birthday! My highest weight has been over 250 and my lowest ~ 135.I lost the majority of the weight about three years ago and kept it off for two years but... I had several rounds of strep throat last summer and just got in the habit of too much food and not enough exercise and the weight started creeping back on.

I was going to wait a week to weigh in (that's what my Kaiser online weight loss program is telling me to do) I but I couldn't resist a peek at the scale this morning - 3 pounds lost! Now at 209.

I notice my ticker is not working, though - is it because I used a custom photo?
Edited to say "never mind" - my ticker still had my old starting weight from the last time I tried this, and that weight was 207. So I really do need to stop the yo-yo dieting!0 -
