Ok, I am challenging us to do 100 push ups today! Okay Okay no moaning and kicking feet! We can do this...it does not have to be all at once. The key is do them the way YOU can do them. Whether against the wall, on your knees on the floor or the military style or elevated on a bench or mix them all the point is get the 100 in.
If you are new to push-ups I will say do 50. Once again space them out during the day.

The don't call push-ups a total body workout for nothing!

    Oh dear, I'm still in the knee push up phase and I can only get about 30 (not bad for me since I used to barely be able to do 2 knee push ups).... guess I've got some work to do....

    i just did 50 wall pushups. not that bad lets see if i can do 50 regular push-ups!
