Ok those of you that are on board let's go !
Morning and evening Bed Exercises
Half hour of some sort of activity
Flush our system for the next three days, with green veggies, water, V8, salads. add some chickedn to the Spinach and tomatoe mixture I described in my other posts.
Drink Water and find a measuring skirt or pair of slacks, something that is a size or so too small with a wastband.
How do I see your posts, do you post here too....
At the end of the day post what you ate and what exercise you did. Also enter it on the pages that this site provides you so it can be calculated.
