DIET RESPONSIBILITY

We are all adults and have different health requirements. It is up to you to assess the diet program or programs we may follow as to whether it is in conflict with your needs. Other than the Lazy Day Bed Exercises, and at least some activity during the day, and the measuring skirt or slacks, there is no set diet plan or exercise plan other than cutting back on the foods that were wrong for you and caused you to gain the weight. It is up to each person to read and share what they feel will work for them. It is just a very simple every day suggestion plan and sharing of our day that is the mainstay here. The tools provided by my fitnesspal.com are there for anyone to access. Hope you will benefit by sharing your food and exercise ideas with others. Thanks, Theresa

I've found that what works best for me is a structured exercise program and IIFYM. I'm working on portion control and moderation along with making better choices in general... I'm very into snacking on mango and berries now rather than ice cream if I need something sweet, and beef jerky or sugar snap peas & ranch if I'm craving something salty. A lot of people on here say that you need a good diet to keep a good exercise program, but the opposite is true for me. If I have a good exercise program, I do well with my diet. If I'm lacking a fun and structured exercise program, my diet suffers. I'll be starting Les Mill Combat once it arrives in the mail. I'm also starting C25k (day 2 tomorrow!) and looking for a fun newbie lifting program. So that stuff along with your plan should get me back to moving in the right direction!

    Good luck everyone!
