Hi
I posted this on the Stronglifts board but meant to post on the women's board (can't delete the other one), so apologies for repeating but here goes:
I've been on MFP since the beginning of the year - mainly reading and not posting, therefore friendless
Started Stronglifts 5x5 nearly 1 month ago now and loving it - even though I'm the only woman in the weights area.
Getting stronger and fitter and far less bored now I'm not just doing cardio every day! I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, doing the program and cardio & strength on the alternate days.
I'm 39, from the UK, 5'7" (170cm), 65kg (started at 70kg in January), eating deficit as would love to get down to 60-62kg - I'm fine with eating right, but my vice is red wine! (as you'll see from my diary!), & I quit smoking nearly 8 months ago!
I read loads on the forums but I'm quite hesitant to post... However, if you think we have stats/goals etc in common then please add me.
