Anyone familiar with Bloomington, MN?

I am traveling to Bloomington Minnesota for business next weekend and I don't want to break training. I was looking for a place to run in Bloomington.
It looks like there is a place along the Minnesota River that has a trail, but I can't be sure. It looks like it goes on the north side of the river from 35 W. up to River Ridge Park.
I also saw a mention of Fort Snelling State Park Trail. Anyone know anything about that?

I'm upstate from Bloomington so I don't know answers to your specific questions, but I will recommend you bring layers. It's still pretty cold here in Minnesota (it's been snowing most of today).0
