I downloaded myfistnesspal app onto my Kindle Fire, that ws free , I think, maybe a couple of dollars. I also downloaded some other diet apps to see what they were about. Since I like to do a flush, and yes I guess in looking at what I eat it is mainly liquid, but with roughage, salads, veggies. So I thought I would download a couple of the three day diets, to compare and research. I do think the Lazy Day Diet is perfect. We start out pretty lazy, and then it is incremental as we feel like doing more. I feel good today, make sure you take your vitamins, in case you miss some when cutting down food intake. Well, I need to get back to my studies, Theology, so I will post in the morning and at night. Send me mail if you need a questions answered, or need encouragement. Have a great day !Theresa You can sinc the online myfitnesspal to your iphone or kindle app. so you can be anywhere and enter the foods. I really like that idea. Also as a reminder, unless you have a great excuse,I will remove members without some sort of a pic as an identity. If you don't know how to do it just ask.

Oh, and I am having a bit of a problem in relaying my diet in words, I just do it, when I need to do it. I guess it could be called the Common Sense Diet & Lazy Day Exercise Plan. So be patient, I will get it all down and either post the diet on my blog or profile as a whole, meanwhile just read my posts. Thanks.0
