TurboFire/Chalean Extreme Hybrid

Hi! I plan to start the TurboFire/Chalean Extreme Hybrid on April 28th. Anyone who would like to join me or who are currently doing the hybrid are welcome to friend me. The start date is because I have 3 weeks left of the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Program, and so far I have dropped 16.5 pounds and 2 dress sizes on the program. I did not utilize the eating plan with this program or I am sure I would have seen better results.

I chose the hybrid program because I want to maintain my muscle tone and strength through Chalene Extreme while burning mega calories with a fun workout through TurboFire. I have done the Fire Starter class several times over the last couple of months, since you can stream it on the web for free, and I had a blast each time.

My diary is open for my friends to view and I log every day. I have slowly been changing my eating habits to become healthier over the last couple of months and although there is still room for improvement, I am happy with the progress I have made so far. I will continue to make changes in my eating habits to become healthier without feeling deprived or unhappy with my choices. I am aiming for lifestyle changes and not temporary diets.

My goal for the Hybrid program is to drop 25 - 40 lbs and an additional 2 -3 dress sizes.
