I was just browsing through the message boards. In this diet plan ...they are all here.
The Lazy Day Diet Plan, incorporates the 3 Day Diet Flush/ you can do it seven / and since it is incremental you can do it 17 and steip it up in another 17 day cycle. I did send for the cabbage diet of which I still get emails, so what, just plug in cabbage soup as aveggie in this diet plan., I actually get the green cabbage , it tastes the best, then buy Pastrami at the deli, sliced med, not too thin. then make the cabbage, and then take a slice or two of the pastrami and cut it up or chop it up and add it to the cabbage, along with anise /pepper and you don't need a lot of salt with the pastrami. Pastrami in itself is fattening. but the amt , used for flavoring, is fine. If you get too pickune about everything you will eventually give up .
All diets need the same things....take your daily vitamin and supplements
drink water, avoid sodium , it retains water, and is not good for you. Eat a lot of greens. Try not eat before bedtime, but do eat the minute you get up to jump start our mtabolism thus the reason for my lazy bed exercises. If we are over weight, we prob have heard it all. We are really just looking for a diet that will contain the foods we like to eat..
Diets are interchangeable. On my lazy diet, grab a six pack of slim fast, keep it on hold just inc ase you need that chocolate. Sam's club as those chocolate mints like York patties, which I love, in a huge container, but the portions are small, I sometimes keep that in the cupboard, to have a couple of mints with my coffee. You do need that quick put your hands on food in a flash, so as not to eat the wrong thing. Do take your vitamins and I take Ocuvite for my eyes.THE LAZY PERSON PREPARES FOR WHEN THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE COOKING, and we PREPARE FOR THOSE WEAK MOMENTS. I did see a hynosis app when I was looking for diet apps and it was there, I wonder if they work. For my project this week in my studies I have to fast and now what it is like to be hungry and to meditate. Try that, it is good for the soul. It doesn't have to be a long Fast, a morning, or a day if health permits it. What is supposed to happen , and people do not really do it is to take the food they did nto eat that day to the God's Food Kitchens or whatever they are called in your area for the poor. Take that moment , not only feel good about accomplishing the fast for your benefit, but gather up that food and hop in the car and take ii there. You will be blessed.
