Autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis

I was wondering if anyone in this group had any experience dealing with Autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis? I have been dealing with some issues for the past year and now they are leaning towards atrophic gastritis caused by an autoimmune disorder.
I am in the phase of trying to figure out triggers and am cautious to try anything too dramatic (and cause a flare up). But has anyone had luck with AIP and atrohpic gastritis? Or seen any information in the books? (I am willing to research there just is not much out there).
