DAY 5 !!!!!!!

Ok we made it to Day 5. -- I can't say it has been real easy , but it hasn't been real hard either.
I got up at 4 a. m. to go to the little girls room, and it seems I am in there draining my body of water quite a lot this week...keep drinking the water..
I ws hungry so I went ahead and had the Activia...felt beter wen back to sleep.
I was not really hungry when I got up. so I had some tea. Then midmorning I wanted some crunch..just something to crunch on, so I got seven qaltines, and some pppper jack cheese and put just how much cheese fit on each cracker and felt great. Had some more tea and a bottle of water.
I am a little hungry today , not much , but I don't feel like eating. I might just go with that scoop of vanilla ice cream in a glass of diet coke o float for lunch, go for a balanced dinner of steak and salad, broccoli. I think today is a good day to stay conscious of drinking the correct amount of water . I think it is 5-8 glasses on reg diets. For the afternoon snack I am going to have an apple, andor grapes. We will see how this turns out, after each meal I will plug it into my worksheet to keep track of how many calories i can deal wtih. If you do a half hour of exercise in the morning and one later in the day you get too earn more calories I noticed. IWhen I walk on the tread climber it said I earned 327 extra calories.
Don't forget to get that skirt handy....the measuring skirt...I have tried it on in the past and it might come in a little closer, each week, then suddenly fit. As long as you can squeeae it closed...that is great, then the next goal is to make it comfortable and be able to actually wear it with comfort. What is cool is as you go that one that didn't fit becomes too big....and then you are on to the next size...Don't weigh in....to me I get discouraged. One time when I was on my diet I thought I was doing really good, and was down almost two sizes, I thought I would just check to see how much I weighed, and boy what a mistake, I don't know where the burned up ash goes but it doesn't leave the body right away LOL>..because it does not show up on the scales sometimes it seems for weeks. That is why I don't weigh in. People will see how you look , not how much you weigh. So work on looking good by tightening up ourselves with the leg lifts and sit ups we do in bed, don't forget those, and start the stretches...not to hurt just to sting a little..you will feel a little prickle, that is good enough...Will be on later tonight.
