I've seen the picture where a guy was doing squats on a large exercise ball with a spotter. Always wondered if that was fake or real.
Well today, I think I got my answer. A lady was doing squats holding the bar over her head [straight arms] standing on a half ball with curved side down. She made it through it but I was waiting for the crash with her wobbling. It looked so a dangerous. :noway:

Thats called a bosu ball.
By squatting on them, you work on core strength.
Ive had to do it with my feet on the curved part as part of my physical therapy. To help my knees and ankles0 -
I understand squatting on the Bosu. But with an overhead barbell?! Count me out. My stabilizing muscles kind of need to do one or the other.0
