30 Day Slimdown Day 4

Ok I did day 3 & 4 in one day because I slacked off. I am shaky after 30 DS but I think that's bc NMTZ killed me prior. I love this rotation and switching things up :-)

Trouble: OK, so the only real trouble I have is the lunges. The front lunges drag on forever and I feel like I'm gonna tip over sometimes. And I still hate the side lunges with anterior raises. Lol

    I hear you on the anterior raises - hate them! And because I'm a bit shaky (ready spazzy) in the lunges, sometimes I'll just sub in deep squats so I know I'm getting a burn

    Ya, I hate anterior raises. :( I push so hard on the push ups and such, by the time I get there, I'm done. LOL
