Today goal is to get 75 to 80 grams of protein

Today goal is to get at least 75-80 grams of protein down. I believe I can do it. And I will get my 30 minutes of walking in.

    Hey! Congrats on being sleeved and home...:-)

    Now just a little sage advice from someone who was in your spot almost 1 year ago don't worry about the 80 g of protein just yet. Work towards it...but don't sweat it. Your first priority should be to get in your fluids. Now..if you can do it with Unjury chicken soup or Isopure drinks and get your protein too...fantastic.

    Just make sure you drink as much as you can and take it easy for a few days. Walking is great but in little spurts...you'll get up to 1/2 hour a day in no time but right now you don't want to over do it.

    Girl..you are super "gung ho" and that is awesome! Just be good to yourself and make sure you have time to heal! :-)

    Thanks so much for the advice. I will definitely get my rest, I'm tired all the time and I make sure I'm definitely getting my liquids in through water, protein shakes, crystal light. Stomach is really tender and still adjusting to the pain. Have to get my louvenox from Walmart today becuz they didn't have it in stock.
