It's been a rough week, but I'm still here.

This week: 144.4
I know I shouldn't be losing this fast at my weight and height, but between the strep and my father, I've been anxious and without an appetite. Still, I'll take the success.

Not a great week behind me, filled with junk food, but I was able to get it together during the last few days, so there is a loss after all:
SW: 65,0 kg - 143,3 lbs
Apr 5: 64,1 kg - 141,3 lbs

Starting weight: 148.6 (Jan 1)

A very small loss, but I'm counting it. I started doing crossfit last Monday (did 4 days in a row) and used some muscles that I apparently have not used in a while and was really sore/retaining fluid. My regular weigh in day is on Wed (before I joined this group on a Sat) and I weighed 135.2 this past Wed! Thursday's workout wasn't so bad though and I took Friday off so my weight went back down to where it really is.
Slow and steady....I guess....I'm glad that I finally stopped yo-yoing and am not discouraged when I only lose .4 lbs/week. Maybe next week I'll lose 1 lb. Joining this group has been really helpful because it is showing me that my body seems to have a pattern for weight loss (all things considered if I eat/exercise basically the same).0 -
I think I was 170.8 last week. I started about 3 weeks ago at 174, and I am currently 169.60

I like this downward trend!
My measurements are also better... in 2 weeks I've lost half an inch on my bust and hips, and a full inch on my belly (measuring around the widest part, about an inch below my belly button).
Last night I did get together with girl friends who I haven't seen in a LONG time, so there was too much wine and munchies, but it was fun and I enjoyed it, and I won't consider it a set-back but rather a part of (a good) life!0 -

I'm going to try to hold onto maintaining this weight this week as I have 4 celebrations, including my wedding anniversary this week.0 -

I'm just glad it's only a tiny increase, and I know it was from the weekend. The weekend always gets me0 -
I started at at 144.
I am currently at 135.4 --last wednesday.
Today i weighed in at 137.4 but i know this is not true weight, I went over my sodium intakes the last few days so I'm not very concerned. I've been keeping under my calories and exercising my butt off daily!0 -

I've lost a pound this week! Finally going in the right direction. I was stuck for all of March and even gained a couple of pounds. The snow is almost all melted and I'm feelin' good!0
