Hello, I have been so busy today.... yes day 6!!!! Boy have I struggled these last two days. but I kept within my range, what is great about the diet is that you find yourself cheating with healthy foods. I had an extra bowl of broccoli with and extra tblsp of Parmesan and a tsp of margarine. That ws good. I had the second half of my Turkey/Swiss/tomato on Rye Sandwich I saved from yesterday. I had the other half as a sort of no no snack, but again it was healthy and I had not been eating much bread, so that slice yesterday ws OK and the the one/other half of the sandwich was on today's bill of fare. Yesterday we did go out , and I had a cappucino. but that was it. Today, I had the Activia for lunch....then had a few saltines plain for snack...had the same broccoli concoction as yesterda and have been drinking tea. I don't feel like the ice cream. That is for the days I really need something in that order. Knowing it is there when I might want it , is enough. I did nto do my exercises, have been reading all day and doing reseach. Not too exciting. If anyone had a bad day just drop that day, and add an extra to make up the seven days...You can then go from that date to date, to count from that point on, or just let the count go to the next Monday, so you will have a Monday start and all days accounted for. It's going to happen. I am just thrilled I didn't binge. If I can get through seven days...I think I will be able to take it all the way. Have a nice Sunday , talk tomorrow night. Thanks, Theresa

I was so busy over the weekend, I barely managed to record my food. I did ok.
The exciting feedback.... on Sunday I walked through the church without my cane. That's huge!
I just got back from the pool. The first accomplishment is that I had a few almonds and some pea soup instead of globbing on to the worst thing I could find.
The big accomplishment - I did 40 minutes in the pool treading water, then stayed for the 40 minute zumba class. It was a great workout. So how come I didn't lose 40 lbs from it? Guess I'll have to keep staying for the classes. I stay in the deep end, so I really have to work to move.
Actually, the biggest accomplishment is that I have been faithful to my bed exercises and stretches. I actually did 70 side leg lifts today. The goal is 100, but I do it as it feels right.
I'll know I've lost enough when I can walk decently. Losing weight won't fix everything, but it will help.0 -
Hi, I had an essay to get in today. Terrific you are an inspiration to me....THANK YOU .....I am so glad you are here. Yesterday I was busy and I vegged out, had Sunday dinner....Today, I had a Activia, a small piece of lasagna. left over, and tonight I had two pieces of chicken. I was so busy I did not have anything else. but I need to exercise....OK I am with you tomorrow...thanks again for posting....Teresa0
