Social Eating

I am taking my daughter(she is 7) to a birthday party today. Ironically it's at a kids fitness type of place but I am sure I am going to go over my calories for the day but should I feel guilty?? How do you handle these types of things.

    The best advice I can give is if you know there will be a day in the week were you will definitely go over, plan for it. Stay under your calories starting about a week before to make up for the amount you will be going over that day.

    If you can't do this, just do the best you can. Make the best choices possible and maybe fit in an extra workout or two the days prior. Life happens, just have to adapt.

    Agree with Kittikat to eat under or exercise more. Failing that try to make the best food choices or as much as humanly possible whilst surrounded by temptation. Failing all that get straight back to it 100% the next day!
