What is your strategy on both the exercise and diet front to lose weight?

    Strategy.... Lemme think.... Basically login everything i eat honestly... Aerobics at home in the morning.... Squeezing in some walking in the evening.... Am a big foodie... So reducing the portion sizes of fattening foods.... Think that will work.. Mostly stay positive and not get frustrated:happy:
