Hello. 2 weeks into MFP.

Hi all. So, I have 24lbs to lose. Started slimming world and hated it. Lost 4.5lbs, which was disappointing for all the effort and time put in.
I've just been told I'm menopausal :-( prematurely which has complicated my goals.
So I left SW and, 2 weeks ago I downloaded the MFP to my ipad and joined a gym. Am now doing cardio/weight 4 times a week. I am reducing my calories as per MFP and hoping the calorie deficit and increased exercise regime works to help shift those 20lbs.
I am logging everything and it's fascinating to see what exactly goes in my mouth.
Am hoping for success this way. Am shooting for 1 or 1.5lb a week loss.
Any tips?

    hey wow I think your doing a really good job, gym is great & health eating is essential, lots of water :D
