Scrutinies

I am a catechist for the RCIA program. I had the extraordinary privilege of laying hands on the elect for this, the third scrutiny (along with the priest and dre). I was able to walk without my cane through the church and around the sanctuary to pray with each child and adult. I simply would not have been able to do this walking even a month ago without this work on improving my fitness. I am so grateful to God for guiding me to start again on being healthy. And I am so grateful to God for the joy and fire of the Spirit these new Christians bring to our church.
