Falling short every time?

It is so hard to lose weight, but to have to try and do it while already fighting an invisible battle with HS, seems impossible.
I find myself unable to keep up my momentum or my determination to keep working out. I am riddled with these stupid things and sitting down hurts half the time, how the heck do I convince my body that the stair climber is a good idea?
I can go for 2-6 weeks feeling like a champ- losing 10-20 lbs, then BAM- like I never lost anything at all, I am right back in pain and depression.
Does anyone have anything that makes it a little easier? I'm open to help, cause I can not seem to fight off the dark cloud that surrounds my weight issue.
THANKS!:)
