Hi everyone, I'm new to this program and to this group so I believe a introduction of myself is needed 
My name is Karianna I live in Mississauga, Ontario Canada I'm 26 and have 2 children! My son is 7 and my newest little princess is 4 months old. I'm breastfeeding, and trying my best to drop some weight. I've been struggling with being over weight since my son was born. I'm hoping with the help of this program and the support groups I can reach my goal!!
