I am really serious about dabbling in going mostly raw, but feel like all the recipes I have (Pinterest and a "mostly raw" cookbook) require tools I don't have and ingredients I don't even know how to find. So I have a few questions, and any advice and simple recipes are also welcome!

1. Do you have a spiralizer, if so, what brand and how do you like it?
2. Do you have a dehydrator, if so, what brand and how do you like it? And do you really use it?
3. On average, how much time do you spend prepping, and do you prefer to prep for the entire week at one time or day by day?
4. What are your go to ingredient swaps for difficult to find ingredients?
