Wow that is quite a few days so far. Let's make today better than last Tuesday. !

    I had a really good workout today. I'd probably never do the two things I did today together again, but by golly, I burned some calories!

    For breakfast/lunch I had some leftover chicken casserole from the other night. Not a traditional breakfast food, but it was filling and had lots of protein.

    I'm not sure what's on the agenda for dinner. Hubby and I are getting our taxes done later, but I'll try and make good choices.

    Overall, however, today is off to a better start than last Tuesday.

    Disaster! I didn't take pain med for PT so it was a little tough. We may have gotten 90 degrees bend in my knee. So that is my absolutely stupid excuse for getting french fries! I'd have been almost ok without those. Guess I need to make it a rule... no matter how it beckons, BK is off limits. If I really truly need to poison myself, I can wait 10 minutes to the next place. And that will give me long enough to get past it. I did get salad makings. The lettuce is definitely not in season yet, but it will be ok. At least it will see me through the hard days.

    Phew! Thank goodness I got back on track... an hour in the pool with chicken and tomato afterwards. Drinking lots of water helps.
