I have enough time for 1 maybe 2 more big events before I my lifestyle needs to slow down. What should I do? 100k? Go the trithathlon route? I have never not had the next event planned so I feel kind of lost.

Personally, I pick ultras based more on my interest in the course and the timing rather than the distance. Is there another course that sounds appealing to you?
Triathlon could be fun - have you ever done it? I didn't enjoy my brief time in triathlon. I couldn't escape being hard-sold on training programs and open water swim clinics.0 -

Head East to Oklahoma and join me at Pumpkin Holler in Tahlequah in October. Beautiful scenery and moderately hilly. Well, probably more than just moderate, but that's relative. They offer a 25K, 50K, 100K, and a 100 mile distance.

Yeah, it's a long shot, but I thought I would throw it out there.

Still thinking. I am taking a couple days off of work to rest, regroup, and figure this out. My hubby is encourgaging to get some events on the calender. If he totally does not get it, he understands that its important to me. Love that man so much!0
