HI Everyone, Ive just started the 9 day cleanse and would really like to have a few friends on the program for motivation, Deb :)

    I'm here with you, lending support and encouragement if you need it! I'm on my second 30 day program and very happy with the results. (23 lbs and about 54" released!) The cleanse days (which I just finished) are the hardest, but they are also getting easier. I've grown to love the taste of the shakes!
