numbness...

Yesterday on my run, my right knee and the outside part of my right foot went numb...kind of...I felt a little pain/ache but mostly it was numb. Now today, my knee aches when bending and the outside part of my foot hurts. Anyone have this happen before?
My shoes are not old--i only have about 75 miles on them. I was fitted for them, but they are mild stability shoes and I am a moderate over-pronator (or so I was told--later I was told, by the same store, that I am a late overpronater- which they said I hit the outside of my foot first, then roll inward). Could it be the shoes?
ETA: after googling late stage pronation it appears that is not what it means. I know I based on the wear marks on my last shoes that i land on the outside of my foot where my pain is (the only worn spots on my shoes are on the outside edge-most worn- and in the midsole-normal wear)

You need to go see your doctor about this.
This could be caused by some serious things like MS, thyroid problems, and diabetes. You'd hate to fart around for a year switching shoes and then find out you should have been getting medical attention.0 -
i don't think it's health related because I just had my physical and got bloodwork last month.0

I typically don't concern myself with something based on just one run, unless it is accompanied by a serious run hampering pain. It could be something simple as running on a curved surface or uneven terrain. If it is still happening after a week or two, I would definitely see a doctor about it. I also refer to "The Athlete's Book of Home Remedies" by Jordan Metzl. I think he has a website as well.0
